The Long Island Alumnae Chapter is an extremely diverse chapter comprised of over 30 women, from Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Our members come from all different backgrounds and all walks of life.

Since 1938, the members of our award-winning chapter have participated in a variety of events and activities. From our annual traditional events (Founders’ Day, Pine Party and Pansy Breakfast), to our annual Pasta Night at the Northport Yacht Club, to our special interest groups (Reading in 3D, Delta Divas, Crafting in 3D), there really is something for everyone to enjoy!

Our members love to support Tri Delta’s national philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and participate in the annual St. Jude Run/Walk to End Childhood Cancer. Some of our members ran in the Long Island Marathon to support a local Tri-State children's cancer charity called Friends of Karen. Our chapter has also raised over $30,000 for them through our Silver, Gold and Basket Night Fundraiser and Holiday Gift Wrapping events!  Through the Delta Delta Delta Foundation, we award a scholarship annually through the The Trilogy and through raffles at our Founders' Day celebration.

Our chapter prides itself on tradition, building new friendships, and continuing to uphold the purpose of Delta Delta Delta.

Delta Love and Mine,
Heather Wildenberger
